SOLUTION OPERATING MODEL MANAGER

Job summary

We are now offering an exiting position where you own and continuously improve the operating model, standards, and ways of working required to successfully sell, deploy, deliver and govern next generation solutions.

What you will do

As Solution Operating Model Manager you will:

• Develop and maintain standards, methodologies, and best practices for selling, scoping, deploying, and delivering Next Generation Solutions.
• Define and continuously improve the operating model, governance framework, and performance management processes supporting solutions and as-a-Service offerings.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and capability gaps and drive improvements that increase scalability, consistency, and profitability.
• Enable solution teams through training, documentation, standards, and implementation support.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement of solution delivery and business processes.

Who you are

We believe that you have:

• A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• A proven track record of leading teams in multicultural settings.
• Experience from developing operating models
• A self-motivating, self-starting and enthusiastic approach to work, demonstrating accountability for delivering committed results.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written is required.
