Sr. Cloud Architect

Requirements:

• 12+ years of enterprise architecture and software engineering experience
• 8+ years designing and implementing cloud-based solutions
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs
• Deep expertise in AWS services, cloud-native architectures, infrastructure automation, resiliency, security, and disaster recovery
• Experience in highly regulated financial services environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior technology and business leaders

Responsibilities:

• Define and govern the target-state architecture for our AWS migration
• Lead application assessments and develop migration strategies
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and guardrails
• Provide technical oversight across migration, testing, cutover, and decommissioning activities
• Identify and mitigate architectural, operational, and security risks
• Support governance, design reviews, and executive-level decision-making

For a position based in New York, NY, the stated base salary is $140,000–$160,000 per year, plus benefits; compensation varies by geography and other factors.
