Sr Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience.
• Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Preferred: Project management experience in the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data application implementations from start to finish, delivering within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Create project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and key decisions to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Analyze client processes, workflows, and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases with clients.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and work with development teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies, considering costs, resources, and technical constraints.
• Provide expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact throughout projects.
• Identify ways to improve client satisfaction through innovative solutions and high-quality service.
• Gather client feedback, support continuous improvement, and liaise between clients and internal teams.
