Support Engineer - Baton Rouge

Requirements:

• Strong foundation in AI/ML, machine learning, and natural language processing, especially data analysis, data pipelines, and model deployment
• Deep understanding of compute concepts, including virtualization, containerization, operating systems, and system administration
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including their AI/ML services
• Experience with large language models, generative AI, and related products or services such as Vertex AI, Dialogflow, and Gemini
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Ray; AI accelerators such as TPUs or GPUs; model architectures such as encoders, decoders, and transformers; and machine learning APIs
• At least 2 years of experience reading code in a general-purpose language such as Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go, or JavaScript, or experience in system design
• At least 2 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues
• Familiarity with support methodologies and case lifecycles, along with strong analytical skills for breaking down issues
• Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE) certification required
• Machine Learning Engineer certification desired
