System/UAT Tester, MARx/IKA

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage enrollment and disenrollment
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines
• MARx and IKA experience
• Data analysis skills
• Ability to support internal and external customers
• Preferred: knowledge of CMS Guidelines Chapter 2 and CMS thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
• Preferred: system and UAT testing knowledge and process improvement experience, such as Six Sigma
• High school diploma required
• Four years of experience in the Medicare Advantage field
• Bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) within the IKA system
• Manage system releases, ensure functionality aligns with CMS guidelines, and help resolve system defects
• Develop or update workflows and implement process improvements to enhance products, programs, and customer service
