Systems Engineer / Principal Engineer - Melbourne Beach

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of relevant professional or military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of relevant professional or military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. and 0 years of relevant professional or military experience.
• Hold an active DoD Secret clearance or a higher level (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).
• Capability to obtain and retain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable timeframe as determined by our company.
• Experience in integration and process development.
• Background in presenting technical solutions to management.

Responsibilities:

• Execute system integration and facilitate functional analysis, create verification and validation processes, and aid in requirements allocation as well as system-level requirements closures.
• Partner with various stakeholders across dispersed teams to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality design outputs.
• Guarantee the logical and systematic transformation of customer or product needs into comprehensive systems solutions that consider technical, timeline, and budget limitations.
• Conduct timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, and interface definition studies to convert customer specifications into hardware and software requirements.
