Technical Program Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably in FinTech or Enterprise Business Systems.
• At least 7 years of relevant software development industry experience; FinTech experience is preferred.
• Strong NetSuite experience.
• Experience managing programs from kickoff through delivery.
• Critical-thinking skills and the ability to provide thought leadership throughout the program lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and serving as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and flexible approach.
• A BA/BS in Computer Science or relevant engineering experience.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on business applications and FinTech, guiding Agile delivery and aligning outcomes with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master and promote adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain a team roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build stakeholder relationships through clear, transparent communication and collaboration.
• Stay organized and detail-focused while balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Improve processes, tools, and methodologies to strengthen team performance.
• Navigate technical details and strategic discussions, uphold architectural standards, and represent the customer.

This is a remote Technical Program Manager role supporting our clients Enterprise Business Systems team. The W-2 hourly rate is $70–$75, with pay determined in part by skills, experience, and other compensable factors.
