UI Full Stack Developer

Requirements:

• We require a bachelors or masters degree in computer science or engineering.
• We expect 12+ years of experience in full-stack application development with Node.js, React, and microservices architecture.
• We need strong hands-on expertise in API design, development, integration, and performance tuning, along with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
• We look for a solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• We value experience building scalable cloud-native applications with a strong grasp of software design principles and engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with storage, data management, or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• We need proven ability to take ownership, solve complex technical challenges, and deliver business-critical, high-impact projects in a collaborative setting.
• We expect strong communication, troubleshooting, and continuous learning skills.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React and Node.js.
• We build and improve scalable microservices and RESTful APIs in line with modern engineering standards.
• We design and implement secure, well-documented APIs for internal and external users.
• We develop cloud-native, event-driven architectures that support high-scale applications.
• We collaborate with product management and UX teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• We participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• We drive quality through unit testing, integration testing, automation, and CI/CD practices.
• We troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• We contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers when needed.
