Workday Integration Developer

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Workday Integration Development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday APIs, SFTP integrations, PECI, and PICOF.
• Experience supporting integrations across multiple Workday modules, particularly HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance.
• AWS integration experience.
• Ability to balance new development with production support responsibilities.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Preferred: experience with global Workday environments, country-specific payroll and benefits integrations, enterprise-scale ecosystems, and globally distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership from requirements gathering through deployment, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and thrive while balancing project work and operational support.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze integration requirements with business stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations across multiple functional areas.
• Build and maintain integrations supporting HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Finance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, integration failures, and support tickets.
• Monitor and support daily operations within the Workday ecosystem.
• Review and prioritize work items through Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed team members and business partners.
• Enhance integrations to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in a large-scale cloud migration involving AWS technologies.
• Maintain integration stability and performance across a complex global Workday environment.
