Workday Time & Absence Functional Lead

Requirements:

• At least 4–6 years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking and Absence experience
• Strong skills in configuration, requirements gathering, and business processes
• Experience leading Workday implementations
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the UK, US, and Ireland
• Workday Time and Absence certification preferred, including prior certification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Payroll knowledge strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday Absence and Time Tracking functional design and configuration, including payroll integration with ADP
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
• Configure business processes, workflows, prototypes, and data mapping
• Support implementation through go-live and post-production
• Manage and collaborate with the implementation partner
• Provide functional leadership across the project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and rollout oversight

We are recruiting for our clients global Workday rollout, a project expected to last more than one year. This is a remote contract role with travel to New York City once per quarter if needed; travel expenses are covered. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, and business needs, and may change.
