AI Product Architect

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• We identify and apply AI and emerging technologies across the full insurance claims lifecycle.
• We drive product evolution through AI-enabled capabilities and cloud-based architecture.
• We design modular, interoperable, and configurable AI solutions that maximize value and reduce technical debt.
• We partner across AI, Analytics, IT, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to deliver scalable intelligent solutions.
• We re-engineer high-value functionality from on-premises environments to cloud architectures.
• We develop strategies and roadmaps to retire, refactor, and modernize legacy systems into AI-driven environments.
• We maintain AI product roadmaps aligned to business value and technical debt reduction.
• We embed AI-driven decision-making into business workflows and applications.
• We lead architecture alignment across the product lifecycle, engineering, and implementation teams.
• We plan and execute AI initiatives, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• We create AI integration architecture with an emphasis on interoperability, modularity, and configurability.
• We define API strategies and scalable integrations to meet business and user needs.
• We collaborate on deployment approaches across cloud and hybrid environments.
• We work with engineering, data, and QA teams to ensure testing coverage and automation for integrations.
• We support the identification and prioritization of AI use cases that align with business objectives.
• We establish feedback loops to measure and optimize the impact of AI solutions.
