Where our jobs come from
Lavora has no jobs of its own. Every ad comes from a public job feed or from an employer who posted it here, and the listing on the source's own site is always the one that counts — a job may be filled or withdrawn before we hear about it.
30,122 jobs live right now, from 6 sources. Counts are updated once a day.
Imported feeds
-
Arbetsförmedlingen
22,442 jobsCoverage: Sweden
The Swedish Public Employment Service. Every ad published to the national job bank reaches us through its open JobStream feed, usually within minutes of being posted or withdrawn.
-
Arbeidsplassen (NAV)
5,304 jobsCoverage: Norway
Arbeidsplassen, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration's public job board. Like the Swedish feed it reports withdrawals as well as new ads, so a filled position disappears here too.
-
Arbeitnow
1,455 jobsCoverage: Germany and the rest of Europe
A job board focused on Germany and the wider European market, with a strong showing in English-speaking and visa-sponsored roles.
-
Himalayas
449 jobsCoverage: Remote, worldwide
A board for fully remote work. We import the newest roles each day, and skip the ones whose location is too vague to place on a map.
-
Jobicy
267 jobsCoverage: Remote, worldwide
Another remote-work board. Jobicy's terms ask that applications go through their own listing rather than straight to the employer, so the apply button on these jobs takes you to the job's page on Jobicy.
-
Verama (Ework Group)
205 jobsCoverage: Sweden and the Nordics, plus Poland
A marketplace for freelance and consultant assignments, run by Ework Group, carrying briefs from the large Nordic brokers. These are contracts rather than employment, and the client named is usually the end client. Rates are not imported, because the feed does not say whether a figure is hourly or for the whole project.
Some sources ask to be credited where their jobs are shown, which is part of why this page exists. Each link above goes to the source itself.
