AI Trainer - Students & Graduates (Remote)

Requirements:

• Fluent English, with strong written communication and comfort speaking naturally in everyday conversations
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to inspect or replay media closely
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Confidence making a clear choice when both options have shortcomings
• A bachelors degree or higher is a plus
• For signup, a valid ID and mobile phone from your country of residence, an up-to-date resume, and a LinkedIn profile showing education and work history
• Must be authorized to work in your country of residence

Responsibilities:

• Hold live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
• Compare AI-generated images and videos with prompts or source material, selecting or ranking outputs based on instruction-following, quality, realism, and visible artifacts
• Inspect media closely for issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, or mismatched audio and video
• Rate outputs across relevant criteria and write specific explanations in English supported by observed evidence
• Label first-person videos by dividing clips into individual actions and writing precise captions, correcting AI-generated drafts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, and similarity to a target voice; some tasks include recording a brief spoken explanation
