Analog CAD Flow Developer

Requirements:

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency in Python and automation development.
• Hands-on scripting experience with SKILL, Tcl, Perl, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso, Siemens Calibre, Synopsys StarRC, and PDK integration.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Preferred: Experience supporting analog and mixed-signal IC design environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Virtuoso ADE, PDK deployment, flow validation, and release management.
• Preferred: Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as VS Code and GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and support CAD flow automation and infrastructure.
• Manage PDK installation, version control, deployment, and environment standardization.
• Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for flow validation, regression testing, and release automation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analog and mixed-signal design flows in Linux environments.
• Collaborate with design and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, scalable CAD solutions.

We are HCLTech, seeking an Analog CAD Flow Developer for a full-time, remote position supporting analog and mixed-signal design teams. The listed annual pay range is $95,000–$192,000, with compensation determined by factors including skills, experience, and education; the role may also qualify for performance-based bonuses.
