Applications Support Analyst (Remote)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of enterprise applications and IT support processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience using ServiceNow ticketing systems
• Data center experience is desired
• IT support experience beyond traditional help desk functions, preferably with exposure to enterprise systems, is desired

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and operational support for the Carma Inventory Automation platform and related applications
• Collaborate with IT, SE&D, Operations, vendors, and other business teams on data migration, enhancements, releases, and site activations
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Assist with user training and onboarding
• Manage ServiceNow tickets related to system integration and development lifecycle issues
• Support data migration from legacy systems and platform consolidation efforts
• Provide support beyond traditional help desk functions, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills

We are hiring an Applications Support Analyst for a 12-month contract, working remotely from the Denver, Colorado area. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week on Mountain Time, with compensation of $40–$50 per hour on a W-2 basis. We do not accept third-party (C2C) contractors.
