Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications
- Expertise in L2/L3 application support, production operations, incident and problem management, major incident coordination, root cause analysis, release and change management, disaster recovery, service governance, and continuous improvement
- Leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and distributed support organizations
- Technical experience with .NET/C#, AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache), PostgreSQL, Solace and MQ, Dynatrace, BigPanda, ServiceNow, and Harness CI/CD
- ITIL Foundation certification desired
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate certification desired
- PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
