Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft endpoint management, and modern End User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Strong experience with AVD, Nerdio, Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, FSLogix, Azure, and PowerShell.
Responsibilities:
- Engineer, support, troubleshoot, and optimize secure, reliable endpoint and virtual desktop environments.
- Provide advanced Tier 3/4 support.
- Lead complex engineering initiatives and improve automation and reliability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, desktop support, and business teams.
