Bilingual Data Center Technician

Requirements:

• Spanish-English bilingual communication skills
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including Ethernet protocols
• Ability to use hand tools for installation and repair
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain communication systems
• Work with a range of cables, including twisted-pair, coaxial, power-limited tray, stranded, solid-conductor low-voltage, Category 5 and Category 6, and single-mode and multimode fiber-optic cables
• Install data center infrastructure, including grounded racks and cabinets, cable trays and ladders, cable management systems, copper and fiber networking cables, and patch panels
• Rack and stack equipment such as network switches, routers, servers, and power distribution devices; ground equipment and connect it using copper and fiber patch cables
• Install structured wiring with appropriate connectors to support corporate office facilities
• Pull, place, terminate, test, and label cabling
