Business Analyst, Capital Markets

Requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Financial Services
• Deep understanding of IBOR platforms and processes
• Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
• Experience collaborating with front-office, middle-office, operations, and technology teams
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, portfolio management, securities processing, and investment operations
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven experience in Agile delivery environments
