Business Intelligence Developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of Power BI development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable Azure data platform.
• Strong skills in SQL, DAX, Power Query, dimensional modeling, and Power BI semantic models.
• Experience developing enterprise dashboards and collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric tools such as Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and OneLake is preferred.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks, Git, or Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance and deployment pipelines, or relevant Microsoft certifications, is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and establish meaningful KPIs.
• Build and optimize semantic models, star schemas, and DAX calculations.
• Create and support data pipelines, transformations, Lakehouses, and Warehouses in Microsoft Fabric.
• Integrate data from business systems, APIs, and cloud sources.
• Help ensure data accuracy, reporting performance, security, and governance.
• Support self-service reporting, testing, and deployment of analytics solutions.
