Consumer Research Participant

Requirements:

• We need people who can follow detailed instructions accurately
• We value strong attention to detail and a naturally curious mindset
• We require availability for 15–25 hours per week and the ability to maintain a routine
• We expect access to a computer and a dependable internet connection
• We require access to a digital camera or a cell phone capable of taking photos
• We look for honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills are an advantage
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities:

• We ask you to document In-Home Usage Tests exactly as instructed in the daily schedule, including screenshots, audio, video, journal entries, and similar materials
• We need you to handle the product responsibly and take proper care of it during testing
• We expect you to read and follow each projects In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule closely, which may include unpacking, reviewing instructions, journaling, providing online or mobile feedback, using the product for a set period, writing reviews, and taking photos
• Some projects may require you to use our mobile In-Home Use Test technology to capture detailed feedback
• In some cases, you may be asked to discuss the product in a private chat room set up by a market research firm
• We need you to write reviews when requested in the project schedule

We are Online Consumer Panels America, a consulting firm focused on product testing and product development. We design and run In-Home Usage Testing locally and nationwide to gather real-time feedback for companies and market research firms, helping evaluate products for certification and broader market access. This is a remote, flexible product testing opportunity with 15–25 hours per week and hourly pay ranging from $25 to $45 depending on the project. We pay weekly by direct deposit or cheque, no purchase is required to apply or participate, and most of the time you may keep the product you tested. This role is suitable for entry-level, seasonal, temporary, or part-time work, and the schedule is completely flexible.
