Copilot Studio Developer

Requirements:

• We require at least 2 years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio development in a production environment, including building, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise agents.
• We require at least 5 years of Power Automate experience, including flows, approvals, error handling, and connectors.
• We require experience designing conversational experiences, topics, and workflows.
• We require experience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• We require experience connecting agents to enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.
• We require experience creating custom actions and orchestration workflows.
• We require experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI.
• We require experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing AI-driven solutions.
• We require strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• We require the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation and AI solutions.
• We highly prefer experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility.
• We highly prefer experience implementing generative AI and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
• We highly prefer experience with Microsoft Graph APIs and enterprise data integrations.
• We highly prefer SharePoint Online integration experience.
• We highly prefer prompt engineering and agent orchestration experience.
• We highly prefer experience implementing enterprise AI solutions in regulated environments.
• We highly prefer familiarity with Microsoft Purview and AI governance concepts.
• We highly prefer an understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agent governance considerations.

Responsibilities:

• We work with senior architects and platform teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions, primarily by building agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• We build intelligent agents and automate business processes.
• We integrate AI capabilities across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
