Cybersecurity IAM Engineer

Requirements:

• We need an experienced Cybersecurity IAM Engineer / SailPoint Developer & Architect with deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), IAM architecture, and identity governance.
• We need hands-on experience with SailPoint development, administration, enterprise IAM integrations, ServiceNow workflows, and identity lifecycle automation.
• We require strong skills in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• We require experience with SailPoint development and administration.
• We require proficiency in Java / BeanShell.
• We require experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and SCIM.
• We require experience with XML, JSON, and SQL.
• We require knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP.
• We require experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD.
• We require experience with ServiceNow.
• We require experience with Okta.
• We require knowledge of IAM / Identity Governance.
• We require understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and SoD.
• We require familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and MFA.

• We need 5–9 years of experience in IAM Engineering.
• We need 5–10+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• We need strong experience with enterprise IAM architecture and integrations.
• We need hands-on experience integrating SailPoint with ServiceNow.
• We need a strong understanding of identity lifecycle, provisioning, access governance, and authentication.
• We need familiarity with NIST and security governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• We design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.
• We develop BeanShell rules, workflows, lifecycle events, task definitions, plugins, connectors, and provisioning logic.
• We perform application onboarding, aggregation, reconciliation, certification, and access governance.
• We build integrations using Java, REST APIs, SOAP, SCIM, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• We integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, HR systems, and cloud applications.
• We design and maintain SailPoint and ServiceNow integrations for access requests, approvals, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• We work with Okta, including Citizen IAM and external user identity needs.
• We implement and support RBAC, ABAC, SoD, least privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
• We support IAM integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• We troubleshoot production issues, connector failures, workflow errors, and performance concerns.
• We perform SailPoint patching, upgrades, testing, and deployment.
• We support the migration from SailPoint IdentityIQ to Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• We create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and operational runbooks.

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity IAM Engineer / SailPoint Developer & Architect to join our team. This onsite role is based in the United States, with telecommuting available up to 2 days per week. We work with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Security Cloud, enterprise IAM integrations, ServiceNow, Okta, and cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
