Data Analyst & IT Consultant - Real Estate

Requirements:

• We require an active and maintained Top Secret federal or DoD security clearance.
• We require a bachelors degree, or four years of additional professional experience in place of a degree.
• We require at least three years of experience managing enterprise-level software development, implementation, and deployment in a government or corporate environment.
• We require on-site work five days per week in Washington, DC.
• Preferred qualifications include five or more years of enterprise-level software development, implementation, and deployment experience.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft development tools such as SharePoint, SQL, or other database development; certifications are a plus.
• Preferred qualifications include CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy.
• Preferred qualifications include PMP certification.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Access, MS SQL Server, SharePoint business intelligence, and project management.
• Preferred qualifications include a real estate license.
• Preferred qualifications include experience developing and deploying solutions with AI tools such as CoPilot.
• Preferred qualifications include strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• We meet with facilities management stakeholders to gather IT requirements for internal tools and communication sites.
• We work with clients regularly to ensure objectives are met and to anticipate and respond to their needs.
• We develop and help deploy IT and AI tools for client use, including SharePoint, Tririga, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Access, Python, and CoPilot.
• We conduct routine tool reviews and recommend, build, and implement enhancements, fixes, and updates as needed.
• We collaborate closely with the Assistant Real Estate Manager and Real Estate Manager on projects and the management of facilities IT tools and sites.
• We prepare reports to monitor project status and support management decision-making.
• We run standard management reports and assist with ad hoc reporting.
• We help design reports using a variety of software tools.
• We prepare and distribute critical date reports and maintain a tickler system for tracking key dates and tasks.
• We perform additional duties as assigned.
