Data Center Security Officer

Requirements:

• We need candidates who can think critically, evaluate situations, and make sound decisions.
• We are looking for attentive individuals who closely monitor their surroundings.
• Applicants must be able to follow procedures, instructions, and established guidelines.
• Strong customer service ability is important, as you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
• You must be physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and move across uneven surfaces.
• Availability for weekend shifts is required.
• You must pass a drug screening and background investigation.
• A valid drivers license is required.
• You must meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers.
• You must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you serve as a Security Officer / Data Center Security Officer in a full-time or part-time capacity.
• You will work 2nd shift from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 3rd shift from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
• You will be required to cover at least one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday.
• You will monitor the environment, assess situations, and help maintain safety and security.
• You will be the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• You will communicate clearly and follow security protocols and site procedures.
