Data Center Technician - Albuquerque

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• At least 1 year of IT or data center support experience
• Experience supporting computer room or data center environments
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems
• Ability to contribute to documentation and process development
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge, including phishing, smishing, and vishing
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• At least 2 years of data center or infrastructure support experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Rack and stack servers and network equipment
• Manage and label cables
• Track assets and maintain inventory
• Assist with hardware installations and removals
• Support day-to-day data center operations and infrastructure reliability while working with senior team members
