Data Engineer Microsoft Fabric

Requirements:

• We require 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in data warehousing, BI, or a related discipline.
• We require prior experience at a FAANG or other product-based company.
• We need hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, and Real-Time Analytics.
• We need advanced Power BI experience, including DAX, semantic modeling, visualization, and performance tuning.
• We require strong skills in SQL, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data warehouse design.
• We expect experience working with large-scale datasets and executive-level dashboards.
• We need strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• We require experience in data modeling, data integration, data pipelines, and dashboard design.
• We value experience with Azure Data Platform technologies.
• We expect familiarity with Agile delivery, solution planning, and technical estimation.

Responsibilities:

• We design and deliver enterprise-scale data products using Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services.
• We develop and fine-tune Power BI semantic models, datasets, and dashboards.
• We build complex dimensional and analytical data models for executive and operational reporting.
• We optimize data pipelines, data warehouse architectures, and reporting performance.
• We implement best practices for data architecture, governance, data quality, security, and performance.
• We collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and leadership teams.
• We drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric capabilities across the organization.
• We support Agile development, solution planning, and technical estimation.
