Device Engineer (embedded systems focus)

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the field
• Ability to tackle intricate challenges and leverage existing solutions creatively
• Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision
• Acts as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
• Represents a stable career level for many until retirement
• Engages in process enhancement initiatives
• Typically resolves issues through established solutions
• Offers informal guidance to junior personnel
• Functions effectively with limited oversight

Responsibilities:

• Conduct development and validation for avionics products such as Display and Air-Ground communication systems
• Create, develop, and assess high-level and low-level requirements
• Execute hardware/software integration testing in accordance with DO 178B/C standards, including unit testing
• Participate in Agile execution and the review process
• Coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams
