Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Linux administration experience; Red Hat is preferred
- Proficiency with Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Bash and Python scripting skills
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Crucible
- Experience integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with secure configuration and compliance standards
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eligibility for Public Trust Clearance; applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents with an active Public Trust clearance
- Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Nice to have: experience in government or regulated environments, familiarity with compliance frameworks and security scanning tools, and exposure to containers or cloud platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain software management tools that support development and deployment workflows
- Develop, implement, and maintain software configuration management solutions
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment
- Support CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and secure software delivery
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams in an Agile Scrum environment
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system and pipeline issues
- Ensure systems meet organizational security and DevSecOps standards
