Requirements:

Direct experience with business applications such as CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, configuration, and maintenance of coded pages or components.
Direct experience with content management and application systems, including configuration, Slate portals, and integrations.
Experience managing, developing, configuring, and implementing software solutions created in-house and by third-party vendors.
Experience with user interface design, including wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
In-depth understanding of cloud-based applications, including data integration and management.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, customize, and maintain websites, web pages, and application components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and platform-specific tools in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Slate, and Portal Connector.
Identify system improvements and document implementation plans.
Resolve complex technical and functional issues by debugging code, diagnosing integration problems, and coordinating fixes with vendors and internal teams.
Evaluate and monitor solution designs over time to keep them aligned with the application roadmap, technical standards, security requirements, and changing business needs.
