Entry Level Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with numbers and process flows
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Exposure to SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze project requirements from business partners
• Review workflows and business data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop process maps, user stories, standard operating procedures, and reports
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs
• Coordinate between business units and technical teams
