Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with numbers and process flows
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exposure to SQL or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze project requirements from business partners
- Review workflows and business data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop process maps, user stories, standard operating procedures, and reports
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs
- Coordinate between business units and technical teams
