Requirements:
- 8–10 years of experience
- Experience with Kafka, PL/SQL, and Core Java
- Technical skills in Java/J2EE, SOAP, web services, and APIs
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain Fircosoft compliance and sanctions-screening applications, including Firco Continuity and Firco Trust, supporting AML and regulatory standards.
- Install and configure Fircosoft software, profiles, rules, and workflows for real-time and batch screening of SWIFT, wire, and ACH transactions.
- Analyze screening results, reduce false positives, and tune matching rules to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Integrate Fircosoft platforms with enterprise databases such as Oracle and MS SQL, and messaging systems such as IBM MQ and Kafka, to manage customer and transaction data feeds.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Unix/Linux shell scripts to support automation and backend stability.
