Requirements:
- Approximately 2–3 years of relevant professional software development experience
- Strong backend development experience, particularly with databases
- Hands-on experience with Python or Rust; proficiency in at least one is required
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; AWS is preferred
- Experience developing or integrating RESTful APIs
- Meaningful experience using AI in development work or implemented solutions, ideally on projects that reached production
- Experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or financial services is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, clarify needs, and contribute to solution design
- Develop and enhance backend services, database functionality, and RESTful APIs
- Contribute to frontend development as part of end-to-end application delivery
- Incorporate AI into development workflows and implemented solutions
- Collaborate with the team to deliver quality work within aggressive timelines
