Full Stack Developer, Gen AI

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of overall software development experience, including 6–8+ years of hands-on Python development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript and modern web application development, including scalable frontend architectures, component-based applications, design patterns, and UI best practices.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with GitHub, source control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration approaches; experience integrating AI services into applications.
• Understanding of RAG concepts and implementation patterns, with familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to assess new technologies and recommend scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and TypeScript.
• Build responsive frontend applications using component-based architecture and develop reusable components, services, and libraries.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services, including secure and scalable APIs using FastAPI or modern backend frameworks.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless frontend and backend integration.
• Design end-to-end application architectures that are scalable, secure, and maintainable; contribute to architecture discussions and solution design.
• Integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise applications, including LLM-powered workflows and orchestration frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG solutions where applicable, and integrate applications with vector databases and AI model services.
• Work with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-driven solutions.
• Implement automated testing, code quality checks, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Manage source repositories, branching strategies, and release processes using GitHub.
• Maintain application performance, scalability, maintainability, and security; participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Keep up to date with developments in full-stack engineering, AI, and cloud ecosystems.
