Full Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python and demonstrated experience delivering production services.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI patterns, LLM tooling, and agent frameworks.
• Strong Machine Learning foundations and experience applying ML in production.
• Experience with production monitoring, debugging, and reliability practices.
• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience using the required skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Preferred: Java full-stack development and microservices design.
• Preferred: Experience with event streaming using Kafka.
• Must be local to the Plano, Texas area for this onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate production agentic AI systems, including deploying, monitoring, and debugging agents at scale.
• Manage agentic use cases end to end, partnering with business stakeholders from problem definition through delivery and operational support.
• Design orchestration patterns for autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using modern agent frameworks and production orchestration layers.
• Develop enterprise tools or skills that enable LLMs to interact with business systems and workflows in a controlled, scalable way.
• Engineer reliable backend services for agentic workloads, primarily in Python, and integrate with Java service layers when needed.
• Implement and support production infrastructure for AI workloads, including Kubernetes environments and model-serving components such as vLLM.
