Fullstack Developer (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, testing)

🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Senior Fullstack Developer🔹

Location: Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw

Working model: Hybrid working model, min. 60% office presence

We are looking for long term cooperation.

You will be part of a vibrant Channels- Business technology team mainly located in Warsaw, working within one of six agile teams and collaborating across disciplines to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products. This role offers the opportunity to influence solutions from concept to production while contributing to a modern, large-scale banking platform.

✔️ Detailed description of work task to be carried out:

• Design, develop,test and maintain backend services that power our digital banking platforms.
• Drive backend testing activities within a dedicated agile team, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution design.
• Support analysis activities when needed, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-powered tools as part of daily development, testing, and delivery practices.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to continuous improvement and operational support.
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional agile team to deliver customer-focused digital banking services.

✔️ Must-have knowledge and experience:

• Knowledge and experience with JDK21+ and Spring Boot 3.5. Most services are moving to JDK25+ Spring Boot 4.x now.
• Practical knowledge about Git, Maven, OpenAPI (Swagger) for API design and documentation.
• Some practical knowledge about CI/CD pipeline release procedures and Jenkins tool.
• Conduct unit and integrations testing with Junit 5, AssertJ, WireMock
• Knowledge about SQL (JDBC, Spring Template, ORM via Hibernate)
• Knowledge of using IDEs JetBrains (IntelliJ IDEA), Microsoft Visual Studio Code, API testing tools (Bruno, IntelliJ HTTP client, Postman)
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 2+ for front-end development
• Demonstrated ability of effective use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, testing and automation of routine tasks.
• ✔️ Nice-to-have knowledge and experience:

Beside development work we expect from the candidate to drive backend tests.

• Experience with API testing with Cucumber/Gherkin, performance testing with Jmeter
• qTest. Playwright, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
• ISTQB Foundation
