Fullstack Software Engineer

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot, Python and FastAPI, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Modern front-end development experience; React or Vue.js is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of unit and integration testing, SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on AWS experience, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, IAM, and VPC networking.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool-use frameworks for AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-driven orchestration patterns.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, context management, and token optimization for production LLM applications.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience with OCR technologies, LLM or agent frameworks, vector databases, RAG architectures, message queues, event-driven systems, Docker or Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, AWS certification, cloud dashboards, or data-intensive applications such as document intelligence and enterprise search.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and document enterprise software components.
• Build accessible, responsive interfaces, reusable front-end components, dashboards, state-management solutions, and API integrations using React or Vue.js.
• Develop scalable backend services with Java and Python, and build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to document-processing solutions using OCR, LLMs, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Review process, system, and data requirements and specifications.
• Participate in software design and engineering discussions, identify technical risks, and help mitigate them.
• Review code, requirements, specifications, and technical solutions with peers.
• Develop unit and integration tests, troubleshoot defects, and help resolve production issues.
• Participate in production releases and application support.
• Improve processes and engineering practices while following established security, development, and technology standards.
• Take part in Agile/Scrum activities, including story refinement, sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
