Informatica Developer

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Informatica development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• Expertise in ETL design and data warehousing concepts
• Strong SQL and database development experience
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including Star and Snowflake schemas
• Experience tuning and optimizing ETL processes
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS/IDMC)
• Preferred: Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Preferred: Experience with data governance and data quality tools
• Preferred: Banking or financial services domain experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Control-M or Autosys

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
• Analyze source systems and map data to target applications and data warehouses
• Create and maintain mappings, mapplets, sessions, workflows, and reusable ETL components
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities
• Troubleshoot ETL failures and resolve data quality issues
• Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and application teams to gather requirements
• Support production deployments and provide post-production assistance
• Follow data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Participate in code reviews and document technical designs
