Integration and Test Engineer

Requirements:

• We require an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.
• We require a bachelors degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience; candidates with a masters degree need 2 years, while candidates without a degree need 8 years.
• We require LabVIEW or Python development experience.
• We require familiarity with firewall, switch, and router configuration, as well as network architecture and subnetting.
• We require experience testing RF/SATCOM communication circuits.
• We require the ability to automate test procedures and data analysis.
• Preferred, but not required: experience analyzing and documenting test results, including performance metrics and system-readiness reports.
• Preferred, but not required: an electronics testing background, including knowledge of test processes and execution.
• Preferred, but not required: experience with MIL-STD-810 testing, First Article Qualification testing, electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers, communications or network equipment testing, and data center infrastructure design and lab security.

Responsibilities:

• We develop test plans, procedures, scripts, and documentation for First Article Qualification Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests.
• We perform subsystem- and system-level integration, testing, product verification, and validation, including production and qualification tests in accordance with MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461.
• We set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test.
• We procure equipment for system builds and prepare supporting materials, including drawing trees, parts lists, and interconnect diagrams.
• We execute procedures to test and troubleshoot components, subassemblies, assemblies, and systems.
• We complete test procedures, test documentation, and manufacturing build documents.
• We conduct qualification and system-level testing, and operate, verify, and maintain test sets and equipment.
• We lead and conduct software integration and testing.
• We support logistics and transportation planning, personnel training and development, and prototype development of specialized hardware.
• We collaborate with engineering disciplines, program management, quality assurance, and product leads to help achieve project outcomes.
