Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship
- Active or recent (within the last 24 months) U.S. government Top Secret security clearance
- At least five years of IT-related experience, preferably in a Department of Defense facility
- Desired: AESMP (ServiceNow) database management experience
- Desired: ITIL Foundations v4
- Desired: Microsoft 365 expertise
- Desired: Project management support services experience
- Desired: Familiarity with the Army IT Metrics Program
- Desired: Microsoft Teams and SharePoint expertise
- Applicants selected for the role must meet government eligibility requirements for access to classified information and complete a government security investigation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support, requirements analysis and evaluation, planning, implementation, and documentation using industry best practices and the NEC IT life cycle management process.
- Develop service level agreements that meet customer requirements.
- Prepare reports that fulfill Army IT Metrics Program requirements.
- Maintain change and version control.
- Track project issues, problems, and risks.
- Assess and manage risks.
- Provide performance and quality indicators to show emerging trends and forecast potential or future issues and risks involving cost, resources, quality, and schedule.
