Java developer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience, excluding internships
• At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
• At least 2 years of experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Spark, or Hadoop
• Knowledge of Java or Python, AWS services (Step Functions, S3, Redshift, Lambda, EMR), distributed systems, and data pipeline development
• Preferred experience developing AI-native systems, using agentic frameworks such as Bedrock, working with ad-tech platforms or campaign management systems, AWS Cleanrooms, or TypeScript
• Strong computer science foundation and experience with distributed systems, data engineering, or marketing technology and ad-tech platforms
• Detail-oriented, with strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Build AI-powered automation for campaign creation and scheduling using agentic frameworks and large language models
• Develop integrations with ad-tech platforms for campaign activation and delivery
• Design data pipelines for real-time measurement and attribution
• Create campaign management tools and workflows for optimization and iteration
• Develop multi-agent systems and AI copilots to support the campaign process, from ideation through performance reporting
• Collaborate with Applied Scientists on machine-learning features, including audience optimization and incrementality measurement
• Build monitoring and alerting infrastructure to support highly available marketing operations
• Contribute to system design and code reviews
