Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience, with L3 or L2+ support experience or readiness to take on L3 responsibilities
- Advanced Java/J2EE skills, including REST APIs, Servlets, JavaScript, HTML, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Hibernate, and Spring
- Advanced experience with multi-server and multi-tier environments, including Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
- Advanced hands-on experience with databases such as DB2, Oracle, and Sybase
- Basic Unix and scripting skills, such as shell or Perl
- Mid-to-advanced experience with Git, Jenkins, and other repository and deployment tools
- Mid-to-advanced experience working within L2+/L3 support models
- Familiarity with production monitoring and support tools such as Jira and ServiceNow, and with incident, problem, and change management processes
Responsibilities:
- Make code changes in Java, Unix, and database environments in production
- Carry out end-to-end steps in accordance with the SDLC process
- Provide L3 support, including taking on L3 duties where currently working at an L2+ level
