Junior Computer Technician/Desk-Side Support

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and install end-user computer equipment and peripherals
• Conduct image/reimage tasks for laptops and desktops
• Manage desk setup and moves
• Perform computer refreshes and equipment swaps/migrations
• Engage in break fix activities
• Install applications as needed
• Execute simple troubleshooting
• Handle equipment deliveries and setups
