Junior Dynamics Developer

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of software development experience
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis

Responsibilities:

• Assist with solution configuration and customization
• Build and modify forms, views, workflows, and dashboards
• Support defect remediation and testing
• Participate in code reviews and team training
• Create technical documentation
• Learn and apply development standards and best practices
• Develop and configure solutions while learning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform under senior technical leadership

This is a remote Junior Dynamics Developer role with Eliassen Group, a strategic consulting firm providing technology, business advisory, and life sciences solutions. The posted W-2 hourly rate is $40–$60; compensation considers skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
