Junior Full Stack Developer (React/Node)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience, or equivalent hands-on experience delivering complete applications.
• Strong TypeScript and React skills, with experience using Next.js and building APIs with Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB or another document database, including CRUD operations, basic data modeling, and indexing.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools on real projects, or a strong development background with demonstrated experience in agentic AI-assisted development.
• Understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, debugging, and testing, with the ability to explain and take ownership of code.
• Experience with NestJS, Jest, OpenAPI, or Cursor-specific workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve production applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code to build, debug, and improve application features.
• Develop and maintain APIs, integrate databases, and support full-stack application functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers using Git workflows, pull requests, code reviews, and testing to deliver production-quality code.
• Follow established AI development standards, including shared rules, reusable skills, and agent-based workflows, while taking ownership of code quality.
