Lead Full Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience architecting and building scalable, cloud-native solutions with C#/.NET and Azure
• Strong hands-on experience developing secure, high-performance RESTful APIs with C# and .NET Core
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps, Git, and automated cloud deployment strategies
• Experience leading offshore teams
• Experience in solution design and architecture, peer reviews, and mentoring
• Experience as an AI-first developer
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, API integration, JWT/OAuth authentication and authorization, and relational and NoSQL databases
• Front-end development skills with React.js and Next.js, including SSR/SSG, modern state management, and responsive, reusable UI components
• Proficiency designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and event or messaging integrations
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and DevOps teams

Responsibilities:

• Rebuild and expand key internal applications, focusing primarily on backend development with C#/.NET and Azure, alongside front-end work with React and Next.js
• Build scalable, cloud-native solutions that integrate with ERP and other enterprise systems
• Rebuild selling systems and develop third-party integrations and APIs to data sources
• Contribute as a hands-on technical lead and solution architect, splitting time between coding and planning, architecture, and leadership
• Work closely with product partners to deliver solutions for internal customers

The team is focused on AI-first development and is building LLMs as well as traditional models, including forecasting models; experience in machine learning or data science would be beneficial.
