Lead Java Developer

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java programming and development
• Strong expertise in Node.js and its runtime environment
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Ability to lead and motivate a technical team toward successful project delivery
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• At least 5 years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java, Node.js, and microservices applications on AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor and coach team members on technical matters to support high-quality deliverables
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to maintain scalability and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and technologies
• Keep up to date with developments in Java, Node.js, microservices, and AWS
