Lead Java Full Stack AWS Engineer

Requirements:

• Expertise in Java full-stack development and AWS technologies, including Java 8, 11, and 17; Spring Boot; microservices; REST APIs; ReactJS or Angular; JavaScript/TypeScript; HTML5/CSS3; AWS EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway; Docker; Kubernetes; CI/CD; Git; SQL and NoSQL databases; JUnit/Mockito; Agile/Scrum; system design; and technical leadership.
• Preferred: AWS certification, Terraform, CloudFormation, Kafka, event-driven architecture, Dynatrace, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, SonarQube, DevSecOps, performance tuning, cloud migration, solution architecture, stakeholder management, mentoring, and experience in financial services or insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java full-stack technologies and AWS.
• Guide development teams by establishing best practices, reviewing code, and maintaining architectural standards.
• Design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs with Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using ReactJS or Angular.
• Architect and deliver cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Work with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions.
• Advance DevOps practices through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
• Promote application security, performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive design and monitoring.
• Diagnose complex production issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions.
• Mentor developers and support technical growth and continuous learning.
• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and release management.
• Track emerging technologies and recommend solutions to business challenges.
