Lead SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS Consultant

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS configuration and solution design
• Hands-on experience with Variant Configuration and Kinaxis RapidResponse integration
• Deep knowledge of MRP, production planning, and detailed scheduling
• Proficiency with BOMs, routings, production versions, and capacity planning
• Experience integrating SAP with MM, SD, and QM modules, as well as MES and PLM systems
• Proven experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs
• Strong experience executing UAT, cutover, and hypercare
• Ability to design end-to-end Plan-to-Fulfill processes
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
• Understanding of multi-stage manufacturing flows and long-lead-time supply chains
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT
• Experience leading global delivery with onshore and offshore teams
• Preferred: Experience with advanced planning tools such as SAP IBP or APO
• Preferred: Exposure to S&OP/IBP processes and control tower solutions
• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP BTP, Integration Suite, or middleware such as Talend and APIs
• Preferred: Understanding of data integration and governance frameworks
• Preferred: Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering-driven supply chains
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI- or analytics-driven planning and predictive supply chain capabilities
• Preferred: Familiarity with semiconductor-specific tools and processes, including fab-to-assembly planning and engineering change integration

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP PP/PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill processes
• Drive the design and implementation of Kinaxis capabilities for demand, supply, S&OP, and factory planning
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
• Lead the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Improve planning using MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies
• Align solutions with semiconductor-specific constraints, including multi-stage BOMs and long lead times
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT
